Welcome to Tawelti. By accessing our platform and using our services, you accept these terms of use in full. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using the service.

01 · Acceptance of terms

By creating a Tawelti account, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our service.

These terms apply to all use of the Tawelti platform, including the owner dashboard, the QR-code customer portal, and any associated tools.

02 · Service description

Tawelti is a SaaS digital-menu solution for Tunisian cafés and restaurants. The service lets venues:

Create and manage a multilingual digital menu (French, Arabic, English)
Generate QR codes pointing to their online menu
View scan and viewing analytics
Export the menu as a printable PDF
Access social and game features (Pro plan)

Tawelti reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

03 · User account and responsibilities

To access the dashboard, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it up to date
Notify Tawelti immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Not share your credentials with third parties
Use the service only for lawful activities

04 · Plans and usage limits

Tawelti offers three pricing plans with different limits:

Trial (Free): up to 20 menu items, basic features
Standard: extended items and languages, analytics and marketing included
Pro: unlimited items, social features, games, AI and PDF export

Exceeding your plan limits automatically blocks the affected actions until you upgrade. Limits are enforced server-side.

05 · Acceptable use

You may not use Tawelti to:

Publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights
Attempt to access other venues' data (strict per-tenant isolation)
Automate mass requests that may degrade service performance
Resell, sublicense or transfer your access to third parties
Circumvent security measures or plan restrictions

06 · Intellectual property

The source code, design, trademarks and all components of the Tawelti platform are the exclusive property of their authors and are protected by Tunisian and international intellectual-property law.

The content you publish (venue name, photos, menu descriptions, prices) belongs to you. You grant Tawelti a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and transmit this content solely to operate the service.

07 · Limitation of liability

Tawelti is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tawelti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We strive to maintain maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

08 · Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard settings. Termination triggers the gradual deletion of your data per our retention policy.

Tawelti reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these terms.

09 · Changes to the terms

Tawelti may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new terms.

For material changes, we will notify you by email with 15 days' notice.
